9.2 To return a product, it is necessary to send an email to: info@bandanashop.it, communicating the decision to exercise the right of return within 14 days of receiving the product. Once the package has been received, the assistance will evaluate the conditions of the product sent and issue the refund. The refund will be issued within 10 working days with the same payment method used for the order.
