How can I exchange or return an item?

You have 14 days at your disposal from the moment you receive your order to start the exchange or return procedure. Write us an email with your request to info@bandanashop.it and we will give you all the information you need to start the procedure.

How to get assistance?

If you need assistance you can write to us in chat and we will reply as soon as possible or via Whatsapp on 327-1587798 or alternatively by email at info@bandanashop.it . The fastest way to get an answer is definitely the chat.

Do you have a physical shop?

No, ours is a shop that operates exclusively online.

What payment methods do you accept?

All accepted payment systems are explained during check out and are: Paypal, credit cards, Scalapay, Klarna and Sofort. We do not accept cash on delivery.

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders received by 12:00 are processed during the day and entrusted to the courier who will deliver them.

Once shipped, you will receive an e-mail alert with the link to monitor the position of the package.

In about 24/48 hours the goods are delivered with the exception of disadvantaged areas or islands for which it will take about 3 working days.
