Fabricados en piel de plena flor de primera calidad, son totalmente impermeables gracias a la tecnología DRYShield, que mantiene los pies secos y protegidos en cualquier condición. El suave forro de sherpa garantiza calidez y confort, mientras que la plantilla All Day Cushioning con forro polar proporciona una amortiguación prolongada. 9.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of fourteen days from the day on which the customer acquires the physical possession of the goods as long as the following conditions do not occur:
- Also partial use of the asset and any consumables;
- Lack of the external package and/or the original internal packaging;
- Absence of product components (accessories);
- Damage to the product
In the cases indicated above, Bandanashop will return the goods to the user by chargeing shipping costs.
9.2 To make the return of a product, simply enter your user page directly on the site or send an email to the address: info@bandanashop.it, communicating the decision to make use of the right to return within 14 days of receipt of the product . The customer must prepare the package with the intact product, his card, the box, the bag and any other products or accessories included and send them to its original packaging. NB: The product and its accessories should not have been used or tampered with. The package must be sent, at the customer's expense, with the courier who prefers to the address:

Once the package has been received, the assistance will evaluate the conditions of the product sent and will issue the refund. The refund will be issued within 10 working days with the same payment method used for the order.

How can I exchange or return an item?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders that we receive by 12:00 are processed the same day and entrusted to the courier who will deliver.

The goods are delivered in approximately 24/48 hours with the exception of disadvantaged areas or islands for which it will take approximately 3 working days.
