We deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified timeframes, during peak periods (including sales), deliveries may take a little longer. Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date you receive the product.

The customer must prepare the return by including the unused product, its original tag, box, pouch, and any additional items or accessories, all in the original packaging.
Note: The product and its accessories must not have been used or tampered with.

The parcel must be shipped—at the customer's expense—using the courier of your choice to the address above.

Once the parcel is received, our customer service team will assess the condition of the returned item and issue a refund. The refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the original order.

How can I exchange or return an item?
