Delivery

We deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified timeframes, during peak periods (including sales), deliveries may take a little longer. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date you receive the product.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You may choose your preferred courier and send the return to the following address:

Your return will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Partial or full use of the product or any consumable materials;

  • Missing original external and/or internal packaging;

  • Missing product components (accessories);

  • Damaged product.

In the above cases, Bandanashop will return the item to the customer and charge the shipping costs.

9.2 How to return a product

To return a product, simply log in to your user account on our website or send an email to info@bandanashop.it, informing us of your decision to exercise your right of return, which must take place within 14 days of receiving the package.

The customer must prepare the return by including the unused product, its original tag, box, pouch, and any additional items or accessories, all in the original packaging.
Note: The product and its accessories must not have been used or tampered with.

The parcel must be shipped—at the customer's expense—using the courier of your choice to the address above.

Once the parcel is received, our customer service team will assess the condition of the returned item and issue a refund. The refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the original order.

How can I exchange or return an item?

You have 14 days at your disposal from the moment you receive your order to start the exchange or return procedure. The return is your responsibility. Simply send the package back to the address Via del Commercio, 3D 38121 Trento (TN). You can learn more about refunds and returns.

Can I exchange the item?

Yes. If it’s a size exchange, you can simply request it by email or include a written note inside the return package.

What payment methods do you accept ?

All accepted payment systems are explained during check out and are: Paypal, credit cards and Sofort. We do not accept cash on delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order ?

Orders that we receive by 12:00 are processed the same day and entrusted to the courier who will deliver.

After shipment, you will receive a warning email with the link to monitor the position of the package.

The goods are delivered in approximately 48/72 hours with the exception of disadvantaged areas or islands for which it will take approximately 3 working days.

You have a physical store ?
